Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition/packaging.

For change-of-mind returns or size/color exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

Final sale items, including stickers, paper goods, sale items, mystery items, and limited-drop items marked final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS tracking number.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?               

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes weekly, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on product releases.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
