RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns or size or design exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and exchanges depend on available inventory. Stickers, paper goods, sale items, mystery items, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

DELIVERY TIMING
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Economy shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your address. If your order is outside that estimate, contact cs_us@uniichan.com.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. Canada and other international destinations are not available at checkout yet.
